And my son really likes Bruno Mars too, so I been listening to his stuff lately. He's not bad. My 3rd favorite Filipino behind Mooch and Rob Schneider!

As far as getting through life this helps

I love Static-X and 5FDP, but honestly I play Kenny Chesney 9 times out of 10 when in my truck.  His island / beach music is some of the best most relaxing / good mood stuff there is.

BTW, Don't bust out TOOL at your wedding...even after the old fogies have left. Ask me how I know.

Like um, 50.  But the wedding I was referring to was in '94.   prison sex threw em all over the edge.

So George Strait isn't one of my ultimate favorites, but this song always makes me think of paddling out on the river....

I am mostly a 60s-70s rock guy who dabbled in the Scandinavian electronica scene during the early 2000s.

Old Stuff: Beatles, Cream, Yardbirds, Bowie (pre magic pants).

Newer stuff: White Stripes, Queens of the Stone age, Kings of Leon (pre Grammy).

Electronica and weird stuff: Röyksopp, Bjorn Torske, Mylo, Felix Da Housecat,  Kings of Convenience, Hurra Torpedo, most things on the Tellé label.

First Concert: They might be Giants (1993).

One of the greatest live performances ever, and nobody has mentioned the Queen of the blues.
