Any recomendations from you folks? Been getting them off the jetty here in Bodega and need some new ways to cook them.

Thanks in advance,
Matt

I hear mexican grill style is good. Not an actual recipe but here is how I have done it.

Whole clean perch, scales removed
lemons, limes
salt pepper

make about 3 slices from the top to the bottom of the fish on both sides.
salt, pepper, any other spices go on the fish

Fish goes on the grill

Flip after a few minutes and squeeze lemon/lime on cooked side

Flip one more time and squeeze lemon/lime remove from heat.
