Ok, I don't get to fish for sturgeon anymore, so I'm hoping I can beg for some here.  I'm particularly enamored with the gizzards from sturgeon.  So when you guys are cleaning your sturgeon and don't mind saving them in a zip lock to freeze, I'd greatly appreciate it...and them.

Muchas Gracias,
Nate

Nate-

If you don't mind me asking... what the hell do you do with the gizzards? Please tell me you don't eat them or something crazy like that... please. You must use it for some crazy chum bag right??? I hope... either way, you should've posted this yesterday. I could've hooked you up. But it's in the garbage now... I'll save that crap for you next time though.

Soooooo... you're saying it's in a place where you can still get it?  (insert dumpster diving emoticon here)

Yes, I intend to eat it.  There's a couple recipes I want to try.   :snorting:

Nate... I heard they were good eating, so I tried some on dare from Mooch and the gang.  They tasted a lot like chicken gizzards just a lot bigger.  I also tried the noto cord too.  It's a lot like beef tendon.  Not bad either.

My wife tells me I'd would kick some serious ass on Fear Factor or Survivor. :smt005
