I had hand surgery for the fourth time for Dupuytren's contracture, I'm on disability. I resigned from the Hyatt Vineyard Creek in downtown Santa Rosa after six years in late September for my hand could heal. I'm starting to look for a new chef's job. I have extensive experience in restaurants, hotels and country clubs. If anyone knows of anyone looking for a chef please let me know.

Interesting thread. Been on NCKA for about six months now but never saw this before. Really enjoyed reading about all the different careers we have. What a great mix to see people from all walks of life coming together for a common interest.

So to add to that, I'm a Traffic Engineer. Everything from timing signals, setting speed limits, and telling people no, we will not put a stop sign at their corner. Let the complaints begin, I get yelled at everyday.
