I had an itch to go fishing today, I almost went this morning in the rain but started a good movie and coffee instead. Got out this afternoon at 3:30 and fished for an hour. Got 1 fish on a sexy shad rattle trap. I am thrilled with this fish!!!!!! I had a great time and enjoyed the nice weather.

Glad you can get OTW with this wet weather and catch a fish too!  Thanks for the report and pictures Dave.

Nice looking smallie.  WTG.  I like how you kept your options open and got out, even if from the bank.  You are King of the Tuolumne!

Not to dash your hopes and dreams, but I think the Winter Olympic tryouts are over already  :smt009

That says it all. WTG.

I have no idea what that last pic is all about but the look on your face speaks volumes . . . as in, I'd rather be fishing!

know that spot well and that is a chunker of a smallie for it!  i released a dozen minnows right there the other night as i was afraid they would die before I got to use them.
