You know...the basic minimum things to do...

like #1 being make sure all your crap is TOTALLY secured on the yak...

I'm not new to the ocean (diver, body surfer) and have fished for 25  years freshwater, spearfishing, surffishing...

but kayak fishing is a first.

I have a home on the lake at Clearlake and during summer did several self-rescues...freshwater makes experimenting much easier.

Fairly easy if you have a sit on top too...

thanks

Thats why they invented scupper holes.

I would think a small funnel and rubber hose would allow one to whiz in yak and have it go overboard....no? Urine doesn't have to go uphill much.

I have a vision of somebody whizzing into their footfeet channel and using pump to get it out!!!

Not if you have a Prowler13. Mine has plenty of water washing in and out the scuppers.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhh..... My scupper holes drain my footwell area.  No need for a pump or funnel.

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.
