.apparently, I have the gift of healing....ask Angel and Agarcia  :smt045

Please don't ask me anything, that was angel's knee he was performing on.  I don't know if it was healing or fetish play......you gotta ask Pacco.

..........agarcia is just an ex-kayaker

I broke both tib/fib just above the ankle. One of the best things i did for therapy was to sit on the side of a pool and just swing  my leg up and down putting light resistance against the top of my foot ,1 hour a day. 2 screws on one side 1 on the other, I still have them in with no problems. I was back at work on my feet 8hrs. a day within 7 weeks. Good luck with the healing...Aquatherapy works!  Oh, also soak in warm water for 10 minutes then ice water 10 min off and on during the day. It helps bloodflow and speeds recovery.

Been there done that, a few times! Take your time and heal well. You only get what you pay for, so make the healing time count. Be paitent and good luck.
