1) The camaraderie not just between Kayak fisherman, bank fisherman, float tubers, spear / abalone fishermen, and boaters but also with the hunters. What other site caters to all these type of outdoorsmen? "If you can kill, you belong here" should be the new NCKA motto  :smt003

2) The diversity (attend an NCKA event and you'll know what I mean :smt002)

3) The culinary experts during the NCKA gatherings.....from wild bore meat, carnitas to deep fried cheesecake  :smt0074

4) It's family oriented  :groupwave

Gotta disagree with you on that one Mooch.
For some reason I just don't want to hang with the likes of Scott Peterson and O.J.
Besides, they have a whole new set of friends.  :smt044

8. The BIG fish stories.
while i like our reports in general, some of the ones i've seen on other sites put ours to shame.  a few well written up stories once in a while added to our reports would be great.  some imagination!

like this one:
http://www.bigwatersedge.com/bwevb/showthread.php?t=6542

shameful that we can let a SoCALer write up such an awesome report without an adequate retort other than from PJ!

Perhaps you can create your own perfect website and let the rest of us enjoy this one.
