A little Chinookie

I was watching a nice spawning pair of kings around 20 pounds the other day.  If this big rain materializes maybe a late run will show up and make this year seem a little better - not tons of fish so far...

Kind of makes me want to slog through the trees and have an adventure. Thanks Eric. Hopefully we will be able to see them this year in the ocean on the end of line. Our line that is.

You're right - it's very hard to tell.  I've seen lots of 10-12 pounders, lots of 20 pounders, and every few years I see a jumbo up to 50 pounds.
