Judging by their smiles and matching attitudes it'll be a tie.   

They are not even talking anymore. They just bump shoulders and scowl. Smith is kicking out some big steel and 1.5 inches on a LMB is good,but is it good enough? I dont have the info on any upgrades in the mix. But hey, with a kokatat dry suit as second place prize life is good.
