Bacon wrapped wahoo

I must share this one . Yumm !
Took some wahoo cut into nice size chunks.
little o/o with some southwestern seasoning.
wrapped bacon around fish .
put on ceder plank and grilled for 20 min .
Wish I had a camera to share the end product .

What's "little o/o" and "southwestern seasoning"?

olive oil . onion , garlic , peppers and salt . 

Thanks... I don't have Waho in my freezer but will substitude with the Halibut and give this recipe a try.

Everything is better with bacon.  One of my karate students just gave me a chocolate/bacon candy bar.  It was awesome. 

I did bacon wrapped scallops for our Christmas dinner last weekend. loosely fried the bacon, wrapped the scallops, then grilled for 6-8minutes & drizzled with olive oil/salt&pepper.

Best.food.ever.

I had two left over, so I diced 'em up & tossed them in with eggs for breakfast the next morning.

Nice! Wahoo is hard to beat but that sounds great.
 Try this one. bacon wrapped dove breast
   stuff a pepperincini with gorgonzola cheese then slice a dove breast, forming a cavity. Shove the pepper w/cheese in to the center and then wrap bacon and pin w/a toothpick. Bar-b-que. Sooooo gooood!!
