The weather def complicated my first trip out on my new kayak. Every time i stopped paddling to adjust something i would end up drifting like a quarter mile away from the group. It seems to me it ain't kayak fishing if its not terrible weather thats all I've been out in.

Try drop the anchor next time when you need to adjust something or take a break especially when the current is ripping or strong wind!

Ha Ha i had the anchor out fishslinger has yet to get one so he just bungied to me. bu the paddle to a new spot or adjusting for the wind made him drift away. Hella funny the wind and rain was hella in his face comin back to anchor.

Not to mention we only got the anchor to stick on the bottom once. The rest of the time we were dragging it around like crazy anyway.
