I didn't get the message about the pinnacles in time myself and my boss Eric launched around 8 to calm seas then went around the point to were an unnamed yak fisher who was in a red scrambler was fishing.  He said he was also there yesterday.  We caught and released about 10 assorted rock fish each to about 3lbs I caught a short ling and a legal cabazon 16 1/2"  witch I kept. I followed him in we carried my stuff up to the car the he went out  and caught a few small rockies on his way in.

ps seebreze my name is patrick.

Congrats on the cabbie, Patrick :smt023
I guess the crabs in its belly weren't quite up to what you were hoping for?..... :smt037
It's been a bit swelly out at the pinnacles since the fall systems have begun coming through.  It's good you had some fun in the shelter of Pescadero Point.

Saltwater is the cure for everything that ails us,
sweat, tear or the sea.
