Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

I drove up to Lake Sonoma today wanted to see what you were in for. Got up to the lake around 2pm I thought it would be muddy as hell but the lake looks great visibility about 5-6' water color nice green it felt pretty cold to the touch. I went up to Liberty Glenn camp ground and looked around, and as far as mud $ flood goes it was fine. All the sites I saw were well drained and had an assfault pad to park on. You guys are going to have a great time. I also stopped by the fish hatchery and its full of Salmon and Steelhead. Really cool especially the fish ladder/stream leading into the hatchery.

Thanks Ariel but I can't remember them ever having any minnows. I will call them
first thing tomorrow. Perhaps they carry them now. BTW, I will be arriving at the
lake early morning Saturday as well. Which launch are we talking about?

Thanx for this heads up, I was going to target kitties all day, now I might hit the rip-rap at the dam for smallies too.
Jed- The ramp we're using is by the dam, take the Dry Creek exit go west and keep on it till your in the water, almost in the water...

If the forecast is accurate and the rain breaks this afternoon, I'll be there then.
Currently in Willits it is dark outside and it's snowshowering hard.
If you don't know where you're headed, any road could get you there.

Went up this afternoon for a hike (here piggy-piggy) and meet up with the boyz. Back to camp a few hours later I ran into a few hikers (pic one) on their way back from their hike. They even snagged Red dog out of my truck and took him with them.
The boyz couldn't wait for dark to start frying.....venison shoulder and potatoes...Mmmmmmmm. I was not prepared to camp so I came home and will be back up first thing in the morning....see you there..

BTW...the weather improved just after I arrived.....cloudy and a bit chilly but the rain let up.
