I'm not a (tent) camper; so I probably won't make it. Will just have to visit Mooch in Alaska to say good luck and goodbye in person.  :smt003

pop up remodel!
Does it float?? :smt003
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Sweet, I'll go ahead and reserve the campground.

Pat, if Andy isn't there with his grill I'm gonna just cancel the whole deal... :smt002

But I'm really hoping for a response from Mooch's BESTEST friend of all time...  even tho he hates boat-in cold camping...  maybe the rain will mask the tears...

I have only met Mooch a few times but I am a sucker for self inflicted pain. Out of curiosity, what time are you planning on arriving on Friday, I probably wouldn't be able to get there until later in afternoon.

Has anybody tried towing a surfboard loaded up with gear. I am thinking about stuffing gear in trash bags, bungy to one of my longboards and tow it barge style. Am I nuts.

I have to check with the "control tower" when she gets back in town, but count me in for now.

Way this friggin job market is treating me, I I'll probably have the time off, but no money.  I'm going to plan on making it though.  (If I have to pimp out the wife :smt075  to do it) Oh Eric, I have a real tent now complete with rain fly but will have tarp with me anyhow.
Never been to Lake Sonoma but kinda always wanted to go there.  Unless I get employed (And can't get time off) I'll be there.

Hey ya know the Nintendo Wii has a great fishing game, why don't we just camp out in someones house and sit in our kayaks and play the Wii next to a warm fire.  Freakin Joel, why the hell you gotta leave us man.  I give you a job.  Why don't we all pitch in and make Mooch the NCKA president with a salary.  Hell he couldn't have made that much working for Aquan. :smt002.  Mooch you know I will be there rain, shine, sleet, snow.

jaywo, I used a SUP twice and it's much easier than towing another kayak  :smt045
