Next weekend's ocean - OUCH!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but next weekend is looking like a disaster on the ocean.  Wednesday and Thursday look like the calm before the storm...

well that's not so bad.  too bad rockfish is up here is closed, could probably get a big one in that.  

Inshore definitely doesn't look AS bad on NWS for Friday anyway...

The forecast does do flipflops, so keep watching it, but if you can go Wednesday evening or Thursday morning I'd say you're Golden.

I'm planning to be in the water Wednesday from sometime after lunch until dark.  It's too long a drive for most, but I welcome company.  Hopefully Dom's down for it.

Even if you could get out, dungies hunker down when there's a lot of surge.  I've had best results on calm days.

that sounds right, but would a big surge push them up river?  i wonder what albion river or big river would look like.
