Update on stolen kayak

That's just plain awesome!

I'm curious if we know whether or not the guy selling it was the one who stole it? From the description in the various threads he seemed to be acting like he knew he had a stolen yak.

Merv.... you're our hero.  Few stories about stolen kayaks ever have a happy ending, but this one did THANKS to your efforts.  I wished I could have helped when you called me last night, but my searches didn't yield anymore useful contact info than you already found on your own.

That's not very likely...not only did this guy not know anything about the kayak's mods, he's clearly a complete douche and I'm pretty sure NCKA has a "no-douches-allowed" clause.
