 Kelp bed fishing is fum too.
 Also you can cast for big yellowtail rockfish [ olives].
Its a notion.
ps. plus they got hot showers, no pumpkin crowds, easy launch and calm water.

I'll go Sunday if the weather is ok - for those thinking Sunday, let's make a call Saturday around 6:00'ish.  On thing to consider, if we drive down and it's blowing, we can always fish the lee side of the lighthouse - there are a few reefs I can put us on that hold good ling, cab and halibut.  But it's a little spooky (though Sean has already survived the spookiest encounter for this year).  Otherwise, I'm up for next weekend.

Sean - you have great fortitude to hit the water again - you gotta love your fish.  Hopefully the weather lies down - it would be great to nail some flatties with you and the rest of the crew.

Steve - I put on new line for this trip.

I may try and meet up as well. I assume head to the lighthouse and look for an unruly group with bright colored plastic boats. Should be easy to spot. If there is more to know about where you launch from, please let me know.

Jaywo when you see the sign Bean Hollow you are almost there its the next right i believe Pigeon Point u make a right its right in between Bean Hollow and the Lighthouse. If you do turn into the Light house no worries its all one road just follow it and you will see a bunch of cars parked. I drive a ford ranger color is white see you in the AM its gonna be sick
