You can use most of the image editing programs to reduce/resize the pictures.  If you don't have one yet, then open your picture using "Paint" program (should be available with all windows software).  Click on "image", then "resize".  Then you can save your newly resized picture using "save as" just don't overwrite the original one unless you don't want to keep your original.

to add to the above try reducing the horizontal and vertical to 20%, that usually is small enough to allow posting. 
Fishing is cheaper than therapy!

Click the link below and download VSO Image Resizer.  It's super convenient.  It'll add a selection to your "right click" menu that allows you to quickly and easily resize one or multiple images with ease.  You can choose to resize the original or create a copy.  Very handy and FREE.
