Rattlesnakes: The hottest new bait

Field and Stream has a blurb on their website about a Texan kayak fisherman who caught a 10 lb largemouth on a rattlesnake that swam to his boat.  He's got a nicely rigged Malibu2.

I actually received that as an email and saved it to post here.  I held off because I was concerned about copyright infringements and now glad I didn't post it, knowing it is from F&S

Sounded ridiculous - as in crazy!  I kept waiting for him to be bitten and didn't see that ending coming.  Very cool, that is for sure.

Yikes Pisciform! That thing looks like the Tingler from that old Vincent Price movie. Either that or the thing that Khan put in that guy's ear in Star Trek 2........

i can see the game warden now scratching his head trying to figure out if that's legal bait but to scared to touch it. HAHAHA
