Took the family to Idaho for vacation for A little over A week. Spent A few days in the Sawtooth National forest. This place is magical! The mountains and rivers were absolutely gorgeous! We rented A cabin for 350.00 bucks A nite that was located A short stroll to the Payette river. There were hot springs everywhere. The fishing was fun, although we caught nothing big. You could hear the wolf packs howling at night that would send chills down your spine! We cut the vacation short for I lost my father A few days ago. Attached are A few pics for your viewing pleasure... Enjoy!

Great pictures Andy!  Chris looks proud of his carp, did he eat it?  :smt044

Andy!

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss.  I can't wait to fish with you again, do some healing OTW.

Very cool to see you passing your values on to your son, and the cycle continuing.  I'm looking forward to seeing Cochino posting reports with HIS kids.

Spectacular pics...  those tiny trout are special.

Powerful report, Brother.  Sorry to hear that you lost your Dad, but I'm glad you had an awesome vacation - the therapeutic value of being with your family in the outdoors cannot be denied.  Stay strong, Andy - you've got lots of extended family sending Love your way.

Sorry for your loss--we all know we'll go through it eventually but that doesn't make it any easier when it comes. Stay strong.

Beautiful place--never been to Idaho but that makes me want to go. Those little fish are beauties--it's sometimes all about enjoying the wilderness and wild fish no matter the size.
