Folsom Lake 9/9/09 Late report

Unlike my previous post, I caught nothing!!! The lake is low 405' feet, next week the lake should hit below 400' and then the lake goes to 5mph. I tried fishing for those king salmon about 40 feet down, but they were not interested in anything I offered. Depth finder showed fish near the dam, but nothing! I'm going to try again next week in the evening as soon as the lake goes to 5mph. so I can fish more towards the center of the lake.

I went out again 9/15/09, on the water by 6:30am. Trolled 40-100 FOW for nothing again!! I passed over big schools about 100ft. down, but they wouldn't bite. I trolled hoochies, diamon rings and cripplers tipped with night crawlers. No one else around me were catching anything either, I kept to the right of the dam in 160fow. There are some big Kings in that lake, and I will keep trying until I get one. 

I see the Amphicars are getting around.
