What a beautiful day. Minimal wind, small waves, easy launch, easy landing. I kept a mixed bag of average rockies. Sorry haven't figured out the picture thing yet. Others had notable catches.  Relative noobie Kiaikai on his Tridents maiden voyage exceeded Aaron's grand slam - times 2. I'll let him tell the story. All I'll say is he had so many fish he gave me a 15 # Ling and Obkook a  really nice Halibut. Thanks Bro !!!

It was good meeting you today - thanks for helping him heft up those fish.  Sorry I started another thread on this - I think we posted about the same time...

You guys must have come back early.  I did not get there till 3p yesterday.  Just wanted to check out the beach.  Never been there.  Just sat and enjoyed the scenery.  I was at Princeton and got skunk.   Can't even get any bait and had to rely on my frozen anchovies.  I'm new at this sport and I think I could have handle the beach at Bean yesterday.  It was really nice and my asawa (wifee) loved it.  But it got pretty rough by 5p.  Next time you guys go, you might have to take another newbie.  Saw several boats fishing at a distance.  Must be a good spot for RF.

Here are the photos that LilRiver sent me.

Here is LilRiverMan's game clip:

Not sure if I shold post these here or in the other thread. He talked me into pulling these out of the cooler for this shot. I really wanted to get them on ice, so I didn't do much of an arrangement:

Thanks again for an unreal day on the water.

Aaron's grand slam was great, but this hat trick times 2 is a notch up.  Talk about nuclear proliferation!  Both feats are awesome. I cannot imagine how anyone is going to beat either of those but the gaunlet is thrown. Ocean conditions willing.

BTW, that "little" butt was only 34" according to my tape...

Kirk, if you've got the pic of the 2 blacks I kept, maybe you can send it my way.

Great day! Those pic of Dustin's fish don't do justice The lings were around 15# and there is a big Vermillion and a nice Cab hidden among the iceplant.
