I'm planning to drive down to East Cape of Baja (from Orange County) with kayak and gear, perhaps all the way to Cabo too. The soonest I can leave is noon 12/22/05 and must return no later than 1/03/06. I have room for one additional kayak and two other people and their fishing/camping gear if you share the gas/toll road expense. My van gets 19 miles per gal so it's not too expensive. I'm hoping to get 2-4 other vehicles in a caravan for safety-sake, but still get there in 2 day's driving pace.
Let me know by PM if you're interested.

That sounds like some sweet trip! Better take alot of pics and some good notes. I'd be tempted to join you, but w/ a family, missing Christmas would burn up my WAF for the upcoming year!
Good luck~!

Id love to go, but, as hobi said, family wouldn't take to kindly to that. On the up side, if I go, I wouldn't have to worry about WAF anymore. :smt079
