Wanted to join you man but had other previous plans. Thanks for the report & I'm glad you got into some lings and the rest of the bag. Those underlings can be thick there in S.W. but I would rather catch those than itty bitty gophers. Better fightin. 'Catch' you next time.  :smt006 jim

I am glad I got the chance to chat with you, not long after you landed that ling my lack of sleep started to wear on me so I called it a day and headed home with about 6-7 fish and about the same released that were too small or some real big Canaries that are not worth the fine.Next time I head up your way I would like to take you up on your offer of hooking up to fish blue lakes.I am glad the whole weekend worked out for you. Did you get any info on the beach closure??

Sledge,

Were you the one that launched from Stillwater at about 9:15am on Friday?  You were paddling a tan/green kayak with a black skull and bones flag?

I took a pick of that marker and it had a webpage to find out "whats up" funny they didn't specify what was going on!!! and when asked the park ranger had no info...
