Time to get all mushy, 'cause I say this from the bottom of my heart....

This is just one more reason why this board is one in a million. Some of my best friends have been made from this board. Guys I've only known for four years (at most), and some that I've known for as little as a few months. Great people, and some truelly good friends. It's amazing the bonds we form doing what we love and the fact that I can consider a bunch of guys and a few gals that, for some, I've only hung out with a dozen or so times, real friends.

Cheers, NCKA!

ravensblack...if I were you, I'd have rockhopper wear a sundress and have him give you a backrub (and utube it) before you give him back his rod  :smt077 It will teach him to stow his rod next time he comes surfing in  :smt002

Good karma to you brother :hippy2:

You are AWESOME Craig even without the sundress

Ben, after I scoured the north end I went the full length of the beach at waters edge and hifgh mark looking for anyand evrything that was lost yesterday. Only the rod I found. The partial hull of that boat washed up on the north end in the rocks.

I've got it Dustin. You must promise me to never, ever play rap music while I am fishing with you. EVER! :smt044

Now heres the twist. I woke up last night around 3am and I was thinking and a vision came to me. No, really. I thought about that rod Dustin lost and in my mind I saw it clearly lying horizontal to the beach and rolling up with the tide and finding it at high water. I woke up at 6 and made coffee grabbed the dog and hightailed it down to Muir from my house in Petaluma. I was the second person on the beach. Then I walked right down to where we landed and up to the high tide mark and there it was. How cool is that?
