I saw the work Calbear did for Brian G's ceiling and it makes my jaw drop.  Phillip did an outstanding/amazing/perfect job - perfect texture matching and patching/taping/mudding, etc that you can't even tell happened.   Would ABSOLUTELY recommend him in a heartbeat  :smt006

LOL where does one start.  I'm sure Brian would love to change the story up.... but the honest truth is that there was a leak in the roof, and he did a bad patch job with his dad, and during the remodel, he wanted to re-patch it.... but put up the wrong side of the sheetrock..... and basically.... well, couldn't do what someone talented could do.  *hugs* for having him realize this before it became a second bad patch job  :smt044 :smt008

I admit my first sheet rock patch was just a thrown up job to get it sealed off post roof repair. I tore down the crappy patch job and did a better job putting the sheet rock up, one piece was wrong paperside down. I just knew that I am would not do a good job taping and texture matching. I was lucky enough to get a professional to do the job. An unbelievable job was done! I am a shotgun type guy and not skilled at precision work. Not only did seams disappear with out trace and the texture match perfectly but Calbear was extremely clean with the work area, controlling dust and overspray to a point that had my jaw dropping too. Thanks Phillip!
