  About the parking. There should be plenty since you will be there early. But the locals can get irritable.
  When the kayak surfers have their event in the fall, the organizers always tell us not to park up by the horseshoe pit. It's up the hill on the north side. They seem to appreciate it when we leave it open for them.

Looks like this isn't going to happen for me and it has nothing to do with the weather.  I'm hoping to bank some WAF for FW's Bass Lake event as well as PK's BSS.

I definitely won't be able to fish    but if I brought my daughter to come and pick up trash, would that be worth a raffle ticket?

The NW swell will keep us on our toes, but the wind forecast is improving.I'm still in.Haling or bust!

Eric, I'm on the fence right now. Combination of WX and WAF. But the thought of green chile soup at Duartes in Pescadero is keeping me on the maybe-list....it's soooo good!

WX not so bad:

 SUN
 W WINDS 5 TO 10 KT...BECOMING S AFTER MIDNIGHT.
 WIND WAVES 2 FT OR LESS. NW SWELL 5 TO 7 FT. PATCHY FOG.

Still on the fence whether I can make it - Eric, I'll let you know ASAP if I'm in.

Sunday: W wind 7 to 9 kt. Patchy fog before 11am. WNW swell 7 feet. Wind waves around 2 ft.

I really won't know till the night before....

Yakhopper, I'm pretty sure I can make it, and will confirm 100% by Saturday.
