Since its almost striper season... I figured I'd copy and paste out of my excel file.  The tide dependent thing means can you launch and/land at low tide without slogging through mud.

Paradise Cay-
Launch - Paradise DR exit, follow road around to you see flat "cay" below. There is a boat ramp into the harbor
Accesses: Paradise area, California City
Tide dependent: No

San Quentin-
Launch: the last marin exit just prior to Richmond bridge.  R at stop sign, park and short walk down to small beach.
Accesses:  Marin Rod & Gun club pier, richmond bridge, san quentin
Tide dependent: No

Alt San Quentin -
Launch: last marin exit, L at stop sign, L under freeway, go past Marin Rod & Gun club, there is a little office strip parking lot-- far southeast side has a beach.
Accesses: HomeDepot area, Marin Rod & Gun club pier, richmond bridge, san quentin
Tide dependent: Not really

LochLomond Marina -
Launch: Central SR exit, right at light.  3 mi left at Marina entrance, far east side of parking lot. short carry to harbor. Alt: launch from boat ramp
Accesses: Marin Islands, Brickyard, SR Canal, Bird Rock
Tide dependent: No

Chapel Cove/ Brickyard -
Launch: central SR exit, r at light, continue toward McNears, just before brickyard turnoff park.  Short carry (20 feet) to water NOT over riprap.
Accesses: Brickyard, Sisters, Marin Islands
Tide dependent: Yes

McNears beach-
Launch: follow above but keep going to McNEars. Drop off gear in group area, then park in main lot.
Accesses: Sisters, Brickyard, China Camp
Tide dependent: Not really

ChinaCamp-
Launch- SanPedro rd to China Camp.
Accesses: China Camp, Rat Rock, Pumphouse, Sisters
Tide dependent: Yes

Buck's Landing -
Launch: San Pedro rd to very easy to miss left turn BEFORE arriving at flats of china camp
Accesses: Duck Blinds, China Camp, Rat Rock, Pumphouse
Tide dependent: Not really

Petaluma River-
Launch: Right off 101 at Marriot hotel. Public boat ramp
Accesses: Petaluma river
Tide dependent: No

I've left off a bunch-- Corte Madera creek, an Alt ChinaCamp, an Alt HomeDepot, to name a few.
