Awesome day on the water and a killer NCKA crew! It was great to finally fish with you Adam. You are my bet to take AOTY 2009!

The positive energy and big fish mojo are so strong around FisHunter I could feel it in the air.Congrats on an awesome lingzilla! Just hearing the play by play on the VHF had me amped and my triple play was the gravy.Let's do it again!

pic3~ 24" SquirmyVermy / Fooled,Pictured&Released.....they grow to a max.size of 30" @ 60years.......i couldn't just kill it for a meal, it's been surviving down there for longer than i have up here.

This is my favorite line in your report. Most anglers would have bonked that thing but your knowledge of the life history of rockfishes and your ethics shined through! Then you go on to release that ling as well. Dude, I admire your ethical fishing style even more than your catching abilities. And I must say you write some of the most entertaining reports. Looking forward to the next report with your personal best halibut!
Be the guide.

I don't know how you guys manage to multi task while hauling in big fish. Ben video taping his fight with a ling, awesome video with the reel singing my favorite tune. Adam with play by play on the radio got me to stop fishing my personal best drift and paddle over to see what was going on. What stopped me was him stating that he hooked into something big and then about ten minutes later comes back on the air saying he was still battling the beast. Okay I can see him fishing alone way north of my location but I know he doesn't tend to exagerate, well maybe a little with his report of a five foot halibut coming to color which turns into a three and a half foot lingzilla.
Funniest point of the day had to be Eric B, who plays bass in a band. I am guessing he is a singer too because of the high pitched sounds coming from him as a giant black spider was crawling up his leg. Good comedy there!!!

Adam,

Your energy and enthusiasm is incredible. You're the mature version of that dude "Jai Boi" ( I Likey Fish).

Watching you run along Highway 1 with your yak on your head, stopping to high five me, then running down the stairs to the beach had me smiling all day... :smt044

My first thought is, "AW, Dayum!  That Fishunter got ANOTHER one!"  But you get out there and earn each one, can't knock that.  Well done.  :smt003

Adam, I've called you fishkiller instead of fishhunter a few times. Up in Albion when you told me you release all your fish I felt pretty stupid. I won't do it again. Happy Hunting!
