Halibut fillet
Rub halibut with a little olive oil and sprinkle with pepper & salt
Cook in Pyrex dish for 10 minutes @ 350˚
While fish is cooking-
Diced up some zucchini, squash, and sliced a red onion. Sauteed  with a little butter after two minutes add a ¼ cup of beer(I use something like blue moon/ great white or a sweet beer) and sauté  a little more.
Turn heat off add sour cream and mix. Let sit for a minute or two.
After the fish has cooked for 10 min. pull out and pour the veggies with sauce over the fish.
Return the fish /veggies to the oven to cook for another  10 mins.
Remove from oven and let sit covered for 2 minutes.

Looks like a great recipe for Hali.  Thanks for sharing Erik.
