  A recipe that your kids will like.  Simple.

  Dredge rock cod fillets in olive oil.  Roll the cod in a 50/50 mixture of bread crumbs/dry Parmesan cheese.  Let sit for 20 minutes, then bake in the oven at 350.  You can pull it out sooner for a moist fillet or leave it til the cheese starts to brown a bit.  If it's browned a bit, it will look like something that came out of a box, so the kids will usually eat it.

 The Parmesan will give the fillet a tangy flavor. :smt003

I like simple recipes.  Definitely will give it a try next time I cook rockfish.  Thank you for sharing...

just saw gonna try next time i cook up some rockfish which im out of I havent been in over a month and gave the last limit to my parents and the one before that to my grandparents.
