Wow, I use to spearfish those guys in the channel island and you had to be a really sneaker bastard to get close enough for a shot. You got well within range for a easy shot. Nice pics.

i was wondering what part of Monterey Bay this could be and i think possibly North MB like Capitola kelp. I had seen WSB from a boat in that kelp there so it would not be unlikely.

i wonder where the location was...
