I'll be doing some water time with a buddy and his kids.  The daughter's the one who cleaned up on the Team Bridgeport week in the Sierra's (5.1# rainbow on a Thomas Bouyant) so she'll be knockin 'em dead off the San Diego coastline this time.

From Friday's Rancho Leonero Fish Report:

Inshore- Big Roosters, Pargo and Pompano are making for one of the best inshore fishing years on record. There are large schools of bait on most bay beachs. The bait is holding some big Roosters to sixty pounds. The Pompano are concentrated off the lighthouse and taking live sardine consistently.
