kayak fishing alowed in bolinas lagoon?

anyone ever do this? banked it many times and slayed um and i KNOW ill slay um with a kayak but is it alowed? figure this might be good safe exp. fighting a hard fighting fish(shark) in shallow but muddy water.

its allowed....there are warnings on teh launches about the low tide though
