There's allot of info on the site about launching at Stillwater South, there is also a Stillwater in Sonoma county.
the info on here is kinda buried, so take a look at this link.

Common courtesy and following the rules will keep this launch trouble free.

Dale,

The info in the link says you need to make reservations for parking-is that just for cars with trailers or is that for anyone making beach access there?  Like us kayakers?  I was there a couple years ago and just parked.  Is this a new thing?

There is a spot to park a ways up from the beach house exercise building. Its a pretty short walk. Usually you dont need reservations to park there. I have been there a couple of times where they have had it blocked off which leaves you no choice but to park right at the beach house. Most of the people are pretty freindly there, but have come across some rather rude ones from time to time, including a marine biologist that was yelling at us telling us we should buy our fish from Safeway. Wheres the fun in that?? Unfortunately the hose bib that was there has been removed, it was very nice while it was there, but we're probably better off just loading up and getting out of there quickly to avoid any future problems.
Dale,
