If I can catch some more rockfish before then, ceviche.  If not, the usual kababs.

i will make a big pan of paella

I'll be bringing Texas Caviar salad. It is always a great hit that my wife makes. I will also bring the French fry cooker since you can never get enough fried food! Looking forward to some excellent tacos this week!

I think Zilla needs to join us for a tequilla binge again this year. Bring back the memories of Elk. I've got my bottle of Patron pledged to the cause.

I'll be making a dutch oven peach cobbler.
