HMB Saturday 6/27. Last NCKA Trip For Northern Boy

Anyone interested in HMB this Saturday?

I've got a window in the morning to go out and catch my last rockies before The Old Drifter gets shipped to The Motherland on Tuesday.

WX looks good.

Saturday: Variable winds less than 5 kt  becoming W 5 to 9 kt in the morning. Sunny. WNW swell 8 feet. Wind waves 1 to 2 ft. 

Gonna launch as early as I can (6am), Mavericks parking lot.

Dude, I want to be there for you so bad but I have this wedding to attend that
has been planned for months this Saturday. I certainly hope you catch your
limits of quality fish. We are going to miss you brother especially me.

And don't forget, just because you're not in Cali anymore doesn't mean you can't post reports. phil, i will talk to my wife.  we might go out and meet you after you're done.  surprised you're shipping the drifter home, won't that cost you almost as much as buying a new kayak?

Not sure what i think about 8ft swells.  4-6ft A-OK, but 8 seems like pushing it to us.  Not sure we are ready for that.

Phil, good meeting you that day at Fort Ross last summer. Please post some reports from the UK!

Phil, I won't be able to make it, but I wanted to say it's been a pleasure fishing with you.  Your enthusiasm for all outdoorsy activities is infectuous and you've been a great contributor to NCKA.  You'll be missed!

It was nice to finally meet you last year after all the time we spent "chatting" on PFIC. As you can see, you will definitely be missed. At least you know that when/if you should make it back to the West Coast you won't be having to rent any kayaks!

As much as I hate to say I wont make it to this trip, its 8ft and I am a noob , I know I haven't met you nor your wife but as everyone says good luck, whenever you get a chance to be in bay area hit us up and we will be more than happy to hang out with you, I just wish I could have met you before you depart, Thanks for all your contribution for NCKA, you will definitely be missed....

Phil, it has been a blast knowing ya' and typing with you man!  Hope you and Ya'lady have fun, back in the Motherland(i'm of English decent too) Be sure to post up your adventures.....we'll mis your sense of humor(at least I will)
