Every type of fishing that our beautiful state offers. That's number 1. And it takes up most of my free time.
Otherwise, I spend my time playing real golf and disc golf, wakeboarding, snowboarding, rec-league bball and soccer, slow pitch softball, hiking and backpacking, camping, gardening ('chokes bigger than yer head in Marina!), and watching TV. I watch way too much TV, but it's usually baseball or basketball or football or hockey.
Two things I'd like to get back into: mountain biking and lifting. And I'm beginning to get into freediving too.

Hey HDRich, we should throw disc at De la Viega sometime man! And I know there has got to be some more discgolf geeks on NCKA! Like Abking for example!

Artwork (paint, wood carving, rustic furniture)
jewelry (mostly beadwork, some small knives, & other things)
gardening (got the irrigation dialed this year & just deer proofed the container garden)
property maintenance (just an acre is a hell of a lotta work)
1984 bronco II project (currently on hiatus, until more funds are available. goal is to chop it for a summer toy)
backpacking (Loast Coast fall 2009 baby!)

Would love to get back to self supported kayak touring. This year's trip to the Lost Coast is a recon for a future trip in the boats.

When I added my little list, it included just my current hobbies, in the past,  dove heavily into the RC modeling, built (And subsequently) crashed many RC planes, & gliders, got into racing my little RC10 (Car, with about $900 in titanium updated parts) and still have my prather 40 speed boat. Had 2 RC helicopters, which were rebuilt way to many time and expense.
Dad used to take us panning & sluicing (And dredging) on the Yuba, till the spot we used to all the time got built up with houses.  Still have my old beat up steel pan! Buddy of mine has property up in Maripose and he just got himself a nice dredge (Forget the name of it now, something banker? Highbanker?)
Still have my bow, (Bear polar II) PO was 55yds at 60lb pull.  Haven't drawn it back now since 87' after I got my first buck with it.

Ham radio (General class license) used to talk all over the world when I had the antennas set up! Have UHF,VHF and HF set up in my truck all the time still.
  Camping.
4X4 trail running (camping) with my 82' CJ-5  set up for rock crawling, (On board air,& air tools, welder, used to have hot water for showers as well)
Cats.
Birding
Feeding birds at my house, humming birds at my feeders year round (Yes I keep the sugar water up and fresh all year)
I do have a small arsenal of firearms,(Pistols, rifles and shotgun) but don't get out with them now like I used to, (Wife's not into them AT ALL!) so I don't bring them up.
 :smt009

I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but for now, fishing from kayak, Astronomy and playing online BF2 are the time eaters for me today.

When I stop and think about it, I may have too many hobbies, but I'll never admit that to my wife!  :smt044

The big ones:
Kayak fishing
Camping
Rod building
Cocktails, especially gins and whiskeys

Others:
Backpacking (used to be big)
Traditional Black Powder Rifles (used to be big, still have the rifles and equipment, just nowhere to shoot them anymore)
Smoking meats (this one is new)
Grilling
Gardening
Home repair (hobby or often times a chore)
Cooking
Sewing, (this is new and is mainly centered around making fishing gear, rod sacks, reel covers, etc.)

As I look over this list, I think I'll make a fine wife/cell mate someday  :smt005

Besides kayak fishing, my hobbies include.....

- Archery (Competitive 3D, Spot Shooting, Bowhunting)
- Waterfowl Hunting
- Upland Game Hunting (pheasant, turkey, chukar, quail)
- Big Game Hunting (Hog, Deer, Elk)
- Target Shooting (pistol, rifle, airgun)
- Mountain Biking
- Road Cycling
- Stand Up Paddleboarding (probably my newest hobbie)

I think I have a bad case of adult A.D.D.

I'm spread out way too thin these days.  There's just not enough time or money to do what I really want.  It sure would be nice to win the lottery.  :smt003

you caught me in the middle of scanning a few thousand slides into the hard disk

Steve, what are you using to scan your color slides? Satisfied with the results?

total threadjack...But I just opened the July/Aug issue of "Sport Fishing" and who do I see in the Hobie ad on page 2? Our very own ChuckE! He's holding a stringer of two nice stripers. I may have to add stalking Chuck as a new hobby. Well done Chuck!
