That sounds about right (the accessories) considering it is brand new.  Most new yaks you have to purchase the paddle separately.  I suggest purchasing locally but it's just my opinion.

Helluva deal for a great kayak...IF you can pick it up and bypass the $hipping.

I have the olive P15 angler blems in Eureka for $699 and can do 10% off on the boat and 15% off all accessories for NCKA. Can't do 15% off on the boat
