Beautiful day drift diving the mouth of Tomales today with up to 20 ' vis but not a halibut to be found. The outer bay was choked with small needle bait fish. Every dive I saw rivers of bait near the bottom.  For a couple of drifts Myself and my kayak were the only ones out there.  Water temp was comfortable with light gloves.  Slight wind with 6" inch swells every 30 minutes.DcBatt
