Just finished cleaning another 30" incher 13-14lbs  :smt003, unfortunately I didn't caught this one its my brother in-law  :smt012 he uses the lure he loaned me yesterday, he picked a fight with his wife just so he can go fishing  :smt044 and he finally nailed one.. just letting everyone know they are out there. What a strange night got there around 830pm, I've seen a guy caught a nice hali, on our way back to the car we've seen a washout left over from a shark/seal not really sure, but, its big striper head, that head alone is estimated 16lbs its heavier than the one we are hauling, its still fresh the gill are blood red and you can still see its swimfins (right next to the gils) are still moving wow what a huge fish head made our fish look like a bait :smt005, anyway, it was another fun night, Ariel I didnt see you out there, I was the the one wearing a SF beanie. Picture is my nephew and my friend

I was going to take my lunch break and head over there for a few cast. Had to stay close to the city, to many dumb people at work and didn't trust them alone.

We are throwing bomber and daiwa minnow 6-9" depends on how good you are on casting, honestly, they are actually just close by, anyway went last night, 11 angler fishing last night, not a single fish, Tide was at 1am, on our way back 10.30 people just starting to come by, I figured it will be a late bite, but got to work early, nothing this time!! :smt011

So was this surf fishing, or off a pier?  Haven't been up to any of the beaches past Montara beach.  (live in Santa Cruz Co.)
