168.0, same as last week.  My average weight is still around 169 and falling, I just got lucky and sampled a low point in the noise last week.

Back down to my recent low of 197. Determined to get below 190 before the end of the year. No amount of exercise is going to get me there...time for some renewed cuts in calories/fat.

my resolution was lose weight and catch a halibut.  So far I am not doing well on either count.  Still 277 so total loss for the year of 10 lbs which is not enough for a seal like me.  Maybe I should go halibut fishing :smt003

I think the last 6.5lbs of weight that I need to lose will be the toughest. I have
been yo-yoing the same weight now for a while.

I didn't get a weight this week.  I'm working on my other New Years resolution... bigger house on a bigger lot.

We moved this weekend so I have no idea which box the scale is in at the moment.  If I don't lose a few pounds from the moving activity I'll be disappointed... it's so stinkin much work but also so worth it.

Best thing is that I now have a detached 12x24 shop that will soon become the Kunz's Reel Rods World Headquarters... totally stoked.

That's very cool Erik. Nothing like a real designated space for your HQ. Congrats!

That's what is commonly referred to as the "Mancave". Nice Erik!
The fishing was so good I thought I was there yesterday!

Been awhile since I have posted, I went up to 226 in my Doctors office on May 19th since then I have dropped to 218.  Short term goal is to hit 215, then work my way down to 199.  Trying to do this in 5 pound increments.
