Is this what you're asking about?

If it's what you need then here is the recipe:

Banh Xeo

Makes 10 Banh Xeo

1 3/4 cups of rice flour
1/4 tsp tumeric
1 scallion thinly sliced
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs of veg. oil
1 pound of lean pork shoulder or loin, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
1 pound of medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 small onion thinly sliced
10 medium mushroom, sliced (optional)
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 1/2 cups of mung bean sprouts
In a medium bowl, whisk the rice flour together with 2 cups of water. Add tumeric and scallion and mix well. Set batter aside. (Can be kept in frig. for up to three days.)

In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 1/2 tsp of oil over high heat. Add 3 slices of pork, shrimp, few slices of onion, and 1 slice of mushroom. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until onion starts to brown slightly, about 1 min. Stir the rice flour batter and ladle 1/3 cup of it into the pan. Tilt the pan to distribute the batter evenly. Keep the heat high, cover, and cook until the sides of the pancake turns deep brown and curled up, about 3-4 minutes. Scatter 1/4 cup of sprouts onto the pancake. Fold it in half and slide it onto a warm plate. Serve the pancakes with dipping sauce on the side. You can eat it wrapped in lettuce and herbs or plain. Suggested herbs are mint and basil.

Being a bachelor...my food consists of quick fast and easy...and when I don't have fish to eat...mac and cheese rules with some mayo in there... :smt001

What was the sauce that was put on the dish??? I would use that ladle for a spoon and forget the chop sticks...my fingers don't do that.... :smt003

Great post thanks.... :smt004

Hi Sledge,

It's the diluted fish sauce.  You can buy the fish sauce in a bottle from most Asian marker, look for the 3-crabs brand (3 con cua) as it's one of the better one.  Below is the easy recipe for making that sauce:

Ingredients:

    * 1 cup water
    * 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
    * 4 tablespoons sugar
    * 5 tablespoons fish sauce (from the bottle)
    * 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
    * 2 small fresh chili peppers (more if you like it HOT)  :smt003

Directions:

   1. Boil water with vinegar and sugar; allow it to cool.
   2. Combine garlic, peppers, and add mixture.
   3. Stir in the fish sauce and it's ready.
   4. Keep in refrigerator the left over sauce if you want to save it for later use.
