I was recently at Park Chow and ordered Halibut. (The fish special came with either halibut or sea bass.) When it arrived the waiter presented me with my "sea bass". When I corrected him he was like, "uh, yeah, halibut". It was definitely sea bass.

this is a huge ongoing problem that's been mostly promolgated by the distributors ( wholesalers/suppliers ) and then abetted by stupid, lazy chefs, unscrupulous, ignorant retailers, and an apathetic imbecilic public. i guess that about covers it. also, i'm 100% sure bauer gets fooled REGULARLY.
