Well now that we are in the home stretch for GMS III and after reading Domenic's post, I got to work casting up the last of my lead and plastic.  I made up some more lingcookies and a new swimbait I made a two part mold of.  It is an old discontinued swimbait that was given to me years ago, I figured it would work well on lingcod.  It is large and does take some plastic to pour it though!

Lingcookies!

The "new" swimbait.

I also cast up some weights, 5-8oz lead heads and a few more flutter jigs.  These were more production style, so I just used rattle can paint with an acrylic sealer to harden the paint.  I used chrome and white paint.  I do like the chrome, it drys fast and looks great.

I am hoping the do some trading, donate a few for prizes and sell a few at GMS III (Mainly to order more supplies like hooks, paint, maybe some different molds/tools).

It was nice to get back into the shop.  Being out of town so much lately has slowed me down.  I got some gaff hooks and hope to turn out some knockers and gaffs tomorrow.  I am not sure though as I am running out of time!  :smt003

Now I have to turn these lure posts into fishing posts!

I'm sure you'll have no problem selling those at GS3!

Very Nice!
