That ab lookssss tastyyyy...I read this a while ago...no one has asked for that recipe...I am...showed the pick to my dad...said "stop your making me hungry"

It's a very simple recipe:

1) Put a cleaned whole Ab in the pressure cooker with the muscle facing down.
2) Pour 1 can (49.5 oz) of Chicken broth in the cooker.
3) Cook until all the broth is absorbed into the Ab (about 2.5 hours on my cooker).
4) The Ab meat should be tender and delicious with or without any hot sauce!

I've never pressure cooked an ab before so I would like the recipe. I am always looking for new ways to cook abalone, lately it has been teriaki and chili-garlic sauce sauted. Do you put the whole ab in the pressure cooker?

Hi DrHabanero,

The recipe was posted earlier on May 12th (see 2 posts above).  It's very simple and the Ab came out tender you can slice and eat as an appetizer!
