I've been out of the loop for awhile (bought my T160 a couple of years ago as an upgrade for offshore salmon fishing, and have basically only used it for diving since). I'm thinking of getting a tandem so I can get the kids and wife out on a more stable platform than the back of my Tarpon. So I just noticed the new (to me) Zest. I checked out a few archived posts about it, but no one mentioned paddling it alone. Does it work OK alone? I know the Malibu 2's are advertised as such. Anyone own a Zest?
