I will plan on making it. I'll see if the wife will join in too. This depends on getting family or vna in here while I'm gone.

Fishing Report That's a BIG BUTT
On Wednesday 4-8 Keith Fraser of Loch Lomond Bait in San Rafael said " The wind picked up and it rained", but a 32-pound halibut was landed off of the Paradise Park Pier last evening to go with the 36-pounder taken off the pier on Sunday. Rumor has it that both fish chose Loch Lomond shiners for their last meal. Keith said sturgeon fishing is the "Best all year".

LOL. Keith is a great guy and those two fish WERE caught from the pier, but I know for a fact that the one from Sunday didn't take ANY bait because it was accidentally snagged (and kept). That angler was also using frozen 'chovies for bait, not shiners.

If you ask him, he'll tell yah, "never trust the bait man"

So, any chance I can get someone to pickup bait for me (any possibly other south folks) so I can go directly to the launch?  Don't know if anyone is planning on going the day before, or day of, but would be a great to make the long drive a direct trip for me.

So for lunch, want a separate thread, or just list stuff here?  Thinking BBB - beer (obviously) beans and burgers for me!

Adam called me and would like to make this a fish for, "Operation, Mom", event. Diana and I will be meeting with the organization tomorrow and will try to fill in the details if it's a go. I will also need to let the past participants in on this since they were there at the last OM event at Del Valle.
We also have a few sponsers waiting in the wings that are pretty fired up and willing to give us donations for the event. We would like to put togeather a half dozen of these event a year. So anyother suggestions would be appreciated.
Sorry for the late response guys but been taking care of grown up stuff....Frankfishing

If there is still room for one more, I'm in.  50 kayaks launching at paradise should be fun.

Plus, fishing for a good cause - it doesn't get much better than that  :smt001

Thanks for putting this together.

Jason
