kayak stabilizers

I already posted this earlier and still have the item. The post is still the same except that this time I'll say that you can have it for the price of shipping. I live in Mendocino county and it's difficult making a trip to deliver it to someone.
Brand new in the box, by Scotty. I just don't need it.
I'm tired of it taking up space.
